Registration fee after successful initial discussion

With the Registration fee, the process is officially initiated, and all required documents are collected via the website and 7 to 10 universities are shortlisted, On the basis of mutual agreement.

Documents Transmission to the ARKR team

Please upload all the necessary documents given by ARKR team

Step 4

Shortlisting Universities

The ARKR team will shortlist 7 to 10 universities based on the student's profile and will discuss transparently with the student to make changes or additions

Step 5

Application Fee included with SOP & CV Review

With the application fee, the ARKR team will officially started applying universities based on the universities mutually agree by ARKR team and Student.

Step 6

Internal Application process and Reviews

During this time, the team prepares all the necessary documents for the application process and applies to all the agreed universities.

Step 7

Announcement / Congratulations

We will announce if, a student has been successfully admitted in the University.

Step 8

Final processing fee

If the student accepts the admission, these final processing fee will include transmisson of admission to the student, and we will guide for the blocked account, Visa process etc

Step 9

Closing step after fulfilling student requirement / THE END

When the student has reached this step, it means that the student has completed the entire process and is ready to fly to Germany. Welcome to ARKR in GERMANY

Starting oppurtunity card visa fee to initiate the process officially! Will calculate grade points and help you to prepare all documents for visa process.

Visa slot booking & documents preparation for VISA

The ARKR team will perform internal quality checks and ensures slot booking & documents preparation for visa

Step 5

Confirmation of visa acceptance from german embassy

During this time, the team prepares all the necessary documents for the application process and applies to all the agreed universities.

Step 6

Final processing fee

After successful confirmation from the visa office, we will charge a final payment of INR 22,000.
